This company advised me that I would get my money back after I had to cancel the holiday parking because of illness. I have sent and received 5 Emails from them each time they ask for different proof of my booking. The latest a PDF of my credit card statement showing the payment yet l had already sent the transaction number which my bank said was the way to advise. What to do next.

Send them the PDF.0

Send the PDF (redact anything they don't need to see).
Have they confirmed by email their intent to refund? If yes, and they still come back requiring more proof, simply raise a chargeback with your bank, attaching the email as proof and stating that the vendor is procrastinating over the refund. (Note: the vendor is allowed 14 days to complete the refund once accepting that a refund is due - are you past 14 days yet?)0
