Fineco Bank trading platform?

This Italian bank has entered the UK market with an attractive offering on its multi-currency account. However, it is best known for the trading platform that it offers. Has anyone tried to use it for their investments? There is a promotional offer of 50 free trades that sounds good, but I find the small print impossible to understand (apparently there is a fee of up to ten pounds to "collect" stock orders, but I cannot tell whether this waived by the free offer...).
If anyone has tried out the platform and would like to comment on it, or has even found the time and energy to make sense of the terms, please share your discovery.

Looking at the website, I think that something may have been lost in translation, but it looks like an interesting possibility if they introduce ISAs and SIPPs. The 50 free trades have to be undertaken within two months of opening the account so probably only worthwhile for day traders. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Thank you for the clarification. As it happens I have money that needs to be invested in perhaps ten securities (probably ETFs or ITs). If the trades are genuinely free then that would save me about 150 pounds compared to TD (my current platform).0 -

Inbox now clear, but if you are seeking technical help it is better to post publicly since others may be better at giving explanations than me.0 -
I wonder if anyone can explain this for me please:
In order to receive the bonuses for trading, I bought 1 share in Telecom Italia and then sold it immediately. I was charged 6.95 Euros commission for the purchase, but only 0.39 Euros commission for the sale. That's to my benefit, but I'm wondering why that occurred?
When I bought a different UK share and then sold it a few days late they charged me £6.95 for the purchase and then another £6.95 for the sale.0
