    A learning curve for me then - I hadn't realised you book for other operators in this way.

    Yes, we can all learn, even after 8 years on the site! I'd guess you're not on this board very often as advising people not to use Trainline is probably one of the most common things said.

    I wasn't advising anyone to use Trainline - I was asked where I got the prices from.

    My only advice was to use Advanced Purchase.

    We wait now on OP
