to be honest l havent got a date yet, tho l was working on the assumption that it would at least be a month before l can have something by for it..
as for the ticket prices for trains it seemed to be more around for £137 price range for an open return.0 -
Travelling on Sept 21 and back on the 28 on the train - Hereford/Manchester/Newcastle/Sunderland would cost £36 out and £36 back
on the coach - Hereford/Gloucester/Birmingham/Sunderland £27 out £27 back
OP make your mind up when you want to go and make the most of Advance Purchase TicketsNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
where are you looking for tickets because even that far out l wasnt getting prices as low as that. even when l was picking similar dates when l was curious.. (that said lm hoping you arent basing it of split ticketing because my main worry about split tickets is if l miss one train they may not be valid on the next and l dont have the ability to spare allot to begin with).0

I haven't looked for any but tickets are available through any TOC, and most of them don't charge the booking fee that trainline do. I personally use London Midland, Virgin and Scotrail, and none of them charge a fee.0
