Asset are just a debt collector and haven't 'bought the debt'. If Avant have agreed settlement, that stands.
I think you'll be OK. Avant have an good reputation with F&F deals.
They have replied to me stating they have sold the debt and I need to contact Asset for all future correspondence even though I contacted avant explaining they agreed a settlement and I have paid the agreed amount0 -
OK. I stand corrected on that. Strange times.
