they dont take any pictures of people , so forget that idea, or whatever their employee said, neither will help you
they cannot assume you were driving on any of them , I could have been the driver on the 3rd one , so you can hide behind POFA2012 with the blue text appeal on that one
as for the others, draft popla appeals but forget about POFA due to you blabbing
ps:- always argue about
SIGNAGE
NO CONTRACT
POFA2012 failures
NTK failures
BPC CoP failures
not the same as BEAVIS
etc
and never blab about who was driving , EVER0 -
I appreciate your answer! I'm shocked by how entirely mecenary this system is and want to do everything I can to fight it generally not just for me but for others too. The little people... thank you0

exactly what I thought when I first looked in here over 4 years ago when the sc@mmers started ticketing my family , usually without good reason (I helped win all of them)
yes its complicated , so dont overthink it , learn bit by bit , because rome wasnt built in a day
from now on , assume that the RK is not the driver, think of it as if I had been the driver for example (yes I am insured and licensed etc)
the PPC cannot ASSUME they know who was driving , so they try phishing techniques to wheedle it out of the keeper
so for those where the driver was admitted, its appealing on no contract , poor signage , BPA CoP errors , not the same as BEAVIS etc
and for ones where no driver is identified, its the above PLUS pofa 2012 failures , no driver identified etc
this is an unregulated sc@mmers paradise , infesting hospitals , retail parks , supermarkets , leisure centres etc - a modern day "!!!! turpin" sc@m
read parking pranksters blogs , read the one about the UHW sc@m in Cardiff for a start , then get clued up and fight back0 -
Do you have photos of the signs? It will be useful (especially if they are seriously deficient) to have photos of the entrance (any signs there?) and others throughout the car park, especially if they are (semi) obscured by foliage or at odd angles.
Take close-ups so that the wording can be read.
In terms of the PDT machines - take photos of what it says on them. Does it tell the motorist to phone a specific number in the event of a machine failure? Does it tell the motorist to leave the car park if the machine will not accept money/issue a ticket? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If that's the real POPLA code you've included in your post you need to remove it - and pronto.0
-
Why is that bad to show? thanks for the advice0
-
Yes I have some photos and yes obscured from the road as turn into car park by a large tree and no info on the Pay machine other than 'MACHINE OUT OF ORDER' - also no info on actual machine re paying by card or app. That is only on the remote signs which don't mention APNR but only have CCTV hand written on the sign with no info.
thanks for the advice!0 -
Fairly obviously
Your code is whast allows you to appeal
If someone else uses it, they could appeal on your behalf, admitting everything.0 -
you need to remove the TMI from all your other posts as well, including post #5
the answer to your question is above , skulduggery and impersonaltion by a third party , plus there is no need to write personal information on a public forum that anyone in the world can view
its people who reveal too much info online that get sc@mmed in many different ways , a hackers delight , and a malicious ne`er do well sc@mmer could easily put what they like in there
caution should be your watchword on the net
NEVER blab on an open forum or social media0 -
right
thanks for the advice
I must say I didn't understand from all the NEWBIE thread and other people's posts that I was saying anything that would harm me. thanks.0
