I think I have been looking at the same one that Pink has - just wish I had got it for £19.99 though!

Pink, is the HC chopper blade metal or plastic? How does it fare when you chop onions or other veggies?

Oh, I am so disappointed! Pink-winged - you may remember that I took your recommendation for the Braun one from Amazon, and ordered on 6 October. Just got an email from them saying they can deliver in early .....

That's a shame.

I've had a quick look and Argos have it reduced to £24.43 at the moment....not as good as £19.99 I know but better than waiting until March.

If that's a bit much and you can live without the chopper and balloon whisk attachments then this one is exactly the same model and reduced to £14.99.

Sorry, I've only just seen your post. Both the blades are metal and chop both onions, veggies, nuts, seeds etc with no problems.
