Halifax credit card delivery time

Hey guys,
I applied for halifax credit card 2 days ago online and got approved instantly on (Saturday)..they said it will be with me within 7 working days.. considering today is Scottish bank holiday will that delay in me getting the card and pin number? And what are the chances of getting them both by Thursday or Friday this week as I was going away on holiday this comming Sunday?

Some CC companies send out cards pretty quick (Barclaycard) whilst some are very slow...

Hi - although it is technically a bank holiday in Scotland, none of them take it. They harmonised their holidays with England and Wales in 1996 so the published Scottish bank holidays are now meaningless. Don't know if this helps

I ordered a new cardholder for my Clarity.
That was nearly three weeks ago - still not arrived.

I should call them.

I got the pin today. And got a text message from Halifax that the card has been sent..so hopefully should get the card tomorrow..fingers crossed
