I see the ops issue, they think it looks scruffy. It tend to agree it's not a great look, but there's still not a lot they can do.
Thank you. It very much is not a good look. Can't see why others seem blind to this.
This is in a village. We have had complaints from neighbours assuming that the bins are ours!
I spoke to the solitictor practice's secretary - not a solicitor - who indicated that bins would need to have been explicitly excluded.
So I reluctantly accept there is probably not a lot I can do. We are very annoyed that solicitors had not anticipated this when they drew up the contract. After all one expects practical advice from a solicitor, from their experience in drawing up such contracts and disputes arising.
I will raise this case with garden law website. Be good to get a legal confirmation to the contract question.0 -
Have you actually had a little word with the neighbour ?
They might be totally oblivious to your objections and might simply move them if asked ..
