Embroidered Logo Sweatshirts/Polo shirts

I've just started on the committee of a charity run Playgroup and at the moment parents are paying well over the odds. Most people seem to be buying, but Playgroup are only earning a pittance per order as their commission so there's no decent fundraising benefit out of this.
Please can anyone recommend a good place to order Kids Sweatshirts/Polo shirts with embroidered logos? We currently can't do minimum orders as we won't always get that many orders at one time.
I begrude paying money I really can't afford especially when it's not going where it should be. I was lucky enough to get some hand-me-downs from a friend, but I'm also going to attempt to start a 'secondhand shop' fundraiser for the more thrifty parents.
Thanks
MLC

Get in touch with a local "backstreet" shirt printers/embroiders, and ask if they'll do the artwork on shirts you supply. Then just go into tesco/asda/matalan etc and buy the cheap polo shirts at about £3 each0

Thanks, they are very reasonable, but I've had a bit of good fortune since posting and found a supplier near the area who do them for £2-£3 less, with free logo set up and carriage too. It's smiles all round as this will make fundraising more profitable and mums get to pay less too - so everyone's happy!!
Just goes to show that apathy was winning again with the money ending up in the wrong pockets!

I must agree with this. A print shop down this way only charges around £1.50 to embroider a simple one colour logo.0
