How much would my TV Liscense be?

In 2015, me and my partner rented.
I paid around £25 a month for the first 6 months, then £12.50 thereafter.
We moved into parents house (haven't paid a license) to save for a mortgage, now we're ready to buy.
Would my TV license be £25 a month for the first 6 months, or would it be £12.50 a month as I've had a license before?
Thanks, Marcus

The way it works ( if you want to pay monthly) is you pay two times more than the 'normal' monthly fee for the first 6 months ( so you have paid the years fee in the first 6 months, you then start paying towards the year afters licence , some argue that you are giving them 6 months worth of your money in advance, but conversely you are getting a 6 month interest fee loan for the first licence, but then are paying in 6 months advance , it is not compulsory , you can pay £147 as a one off payment for the year, then pay another one off in 12 months time, the fact you had a licence in the past is irrelevant, if you left your old address and had some credit on your licence you could have applied for a refund of any unused full months
