I know its obvious but have you cleared your cookies and accidentally logged off the site so you're in as a guest and, of course, don't have the thanks button?

    I've a couple of questions.

What is the most common method used by sponsors to inform that you have won the prize - phone or email or post?

If its phone (usually mobile), do they use withheld number when contacting you?

Usually they do use a withheld number ~ when you get a call, you are usually that stunned, (or expecting a b.,,. timeshare) that you tend to forget to listen to which comp/mag they are ringing about. If you don't hear just ask again, especially if its emap.com, and they tell you to email someone else.

That could mean deaf people losing out on winnings as they have to enter a phone number even if they cannot hear. They use mobiles for text messages so by withholding number it doesn't give them a chance to reply to send text message.
