Advice for the future - avoid any PE car parks and then write to the landowner telling them precisely why you won't patronise their business while they have a predatory parking company operating on their car park, whose only purpose in life is to extort money from their customers.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Good idea ! I did point out to two of the local businesses when I wrote to them that having customers invoiced by PE is bad both for their business & for Canvey Island as a whole. Maybe one of them contacted PE ? Who knows. Anyway, thanks again.0

Complain to your MP and local Councillors about this scam, even though PE bailed out. They are an utter pariah, and were named and shamed as 'cowboys' by MPs in one of those links.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
