Which lintel for a new window install.

Cutting out brick to fit a new upstairs window, window is only 63 inches wide by 42 drop. What is the correct lintel as i cant find an adequate lintel as there is only a tiny gap in betwen cavity.
Ive got an original air brick with a header either side, im thinking of taking the headers out of which will form the right hand side of the support. Window will be atleast a half brick away in from the lintel. That way ive already got the 2 top right hand side of the bricks knocked out ready for the window. Total amount of bricks that i need to remove is 8.
3 courses above where im putting the lintel, theres a 3 inch timber beam that is supporting the roof. The ends of the beam is no where near the new window area.
Outside of the house is render on brick.
I dont mind concrete lintels as i can render over, i could raise the window, but it'll be at the perfect height coming from the existing air vent.
New window is only looking out to the front, no neighbours opposite. New window is for an ensuite that i need to construct as my grandad has become ill, no one else will do it and cant afford builders.
Currently only got a downstairs bathroom.
Not sure how to attach pics to here.
Thank you.
