Help needed with Karcher please

I wonder if anyone has had this problem and can help me please.
I have a karcher T4 with a patio head cleaner/brush attachment.
The wands on the main karcher work perfectly as did the patio head until recently but now it sputters as though there is an air lock. Surely it must be something with the head as the wands are fine.
I rang Karcher as it is under a 5yr warranty but they want me to send it back all boxed up. Firstly, I can't lift it and am on my own and secondly I have tried and failed to find a box large enough to house the entire unit.
Has anyone any ideas what the problem may be as karcher aren't being at all helpful. Thank you

If it is just the patio cleaner head that is causing the problem it is likely the nozzles are blocking, they do get damaged by stones getting caught underneath. Have a look for damage - the nozzles can be removed and replaced.0

thanks, I did check through the wand attachment for the patio head and that was clear. I will take another look at nozzle.
ok, thanks for that but on examination it's impossible to get to see if the nozzles are blocked without dismantling the entrie head and special tools needed for that. I have soaked it wela nd poked about a bit with fine wire and will try ittomorrow but somehow I'm doubtful I've achieved anything.0 -
