[Solved] Occupiers' liability insurance as a tenant

Comments

  • Most content polices with offer public liability insurance but you will need to read the policy.

Occupiers liability or property owners liability will normally be for property owners or commercial occupiers.

Public liability policies will often cover you for issues away from the home ie if you have a pet which bites someone etc. Property owners polices though are likely to only cover the property on cover.

Not really sure why you're still replying even though I've stated a couple of posts up I've sorted it out and even provided insurance companies where they have both clauses(?) in the their policy.

I guess I need to edit my first post.

Yes, but I have answered it for everyone. Some of the replies are echoing OTHER replies and some are WRONG.

It's nice to get replies and help, but if the people responding aren't actually reading previous posts it's just, sadly, spam.

Regardless, I'm going to unsubscribe from the thread now. I hope this thread helps others, and thanks for all the replies. :)
