As above, the better half has just discovered filers on her phone for photos and is getting quite good, but she's not great on a computer. Are there any very basic, easy to use filter programs for a laptop?
Nothing like photoshop with layers etc, just after a good selection of filters to use on existing images?

This supports layers but you don't have to use them, plus there are other plug-ins available. Not a bad little program for a freebie
