I've just had this quote:
1 replace kitchen extractor fan £70
2 run a flexible duct to the outside wall vent and put vent flap outside on wall £80
3 install bathroom fan and wiring for low voltage fan (not including cost of fan) £160
4 replace bedroom dimmer switch with led module £34

I'm supplying kitchen extractor. Vent in outside wall already exists. Ducting will run in straight line for approx 2.5m. Wiring for extractor will be same as existing extractor ie. cable runs through back of adjacent wall cabinets and plugs in at wall socket.

Vent in outside wall for bathroom extractor already exists. I don't want the fan to be controlled by the light switch and just need it to operate via pullcord.

I think the price for the bedroom dimmer doesn't include the unit.

Quote doesn't mention VAT which I will need to check but was higher than I expected. (I'm in London). Would be grateful for your views.
