    Or is there a reason they have opening hours

    The ones outside of buildings will be 24/7.
    I'm not sure why this seems complicated?

    Most of them outside will be 24hr, what made you think they had "opening hours", or are you confusing the latest Amazon delivery time (normally 9pm) with a closing time for the locker?

    As Custardy said, it's not complicated. If the locker is inside a store premises then access will be determined by the opening hours (obviously) of the premises, if it's outside then it will be 24hr access.

    Well I can confirm that the one near me outside Morrison’s is not 24 hour....Ona Sunday it shuts T 4pm

    I assumed all lockers that are outside are open 24/7.

    What makes you say the one you are referring to isn’t, assuming there is access
