I needed cover for a month or so to cover me between my current policy expiring and the completion on my new property.
I went through the form, and confirmed I met the criteria, for it then to say it wouldn’t insure me. Not sure on the reason as it doesn’t provide this, but seems strange as I have held insurance on the property for seven years.
It would be useful to have reasons for declining cover when there is nothing obvious.
