I have an overdraft which is being reduced on the 20th of each month by £50. This has been set up since Feb. The Abbey failed to reduce the amount on the 20th September. On the 27th September £50 disappeared from the account, and reappeared on the 28th. This Wednesday the same thing happened, £50 disappeared and reappeared thursday. Can they do this?

I don't understand the logic of this. If £50 were being taken out of your account, how would this reduce your overdraft?0 -
Are you sure that you do not have a 'collections' type loan to pay off your overdraft?0
