Seat Service Plan

I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble with Seat Service plans, i took the plan out 3 years ago and told from the dealer set this all up for me and told me if i decide to change the vehicle to another Seat then i could transfer the money or have it refunded.

ive just ordered a new car for September and ive paid around £200 over the last 12 months into the service plan but when ive bought my new car the dealer told me i had no need to service my current car so i thought id ring seat and ask for a refund or transferred to my new car as its with Seat. Seat Finance have told me this isn't the case and id loose the money ive paid in. Has anyone managed to reclaim this money?

As the service plan is a product you would have to query it within 30 days of purchase.

On the plan ive got no where does it mention that its transferable between vehicles, only owners.

I presume your vehicles have been on long life so you have decided not take it in unless the vehicle asks.
