No credit is the money I had built up. Last year I had over paid so my account was in credit by £400 which they paid back. Can you explain your maths please?0

less Credit £569

An account being in credit is meaningless with energy accounts where payment by Direct debit. This is because payments are credited to the account monthly, but debits are every 3 months.
For instance I could today be showing a credit balance on my account of, say, £600 and tomorrow my quarterly bill of, say, £700 be debited and I have a debit balance of £100.0
