The sheer excitement from Rhino Shoe is palpable... while Kirsty looks hot (as always)

I wonder how long Rhino's missus hung around before she realised that selling a central London property in 2003 to move into rental was one of the most stupendously reckless financial decisions that one man could make. London house prices have more than doubled since this date.
You gotta love those crazy kids in the HPC gang.

I remember it well. I also thought there would be a crash but no way would I sell. having suffered from the late 80`s increases in mortgage rates no game playing for me. My ex boss went down the sale to let route. not sure how he did, we don`t talk now, haha.0

They were wrong. An overheated housing market did not result in a collapse in house prices; just the worst recession in the last 100 years.0 -

Eh? Really? Doesn't look like it from where I'm standing, with people engaging in profligate spending on things (expensive things) they really do not need…:D0 -
Amazing video, says it all.
Kirsty as annoying as ever though.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -
Wow what a super find. I remember this clip well now and it's so nice to reminisce. What I didn't realise or appreciate at the time this was shot is that this clip eloquently sums up your typical misogynist HPC memeber. They are either a loner, like Gavin, or they are married to some mail-order bride (a Thai in this instance). Can't believe that that footage is over 13 years old, it looks so dated. To think that there are still the same nutjobs over there renting and paying down their landlords mortgages for them is literally astounding. Bring back DrBubb. Whatever happened to him, eh?0

What? Like renting a bedsit in Edinburgh for more than a decade, as my life slips away from me?
You are livin' the dream Crashy0 -
I think quite favourably on this video.
I don't think favourably on renting a bedsit in Edinburgh.0 -

Bigger dreams like living in a HMO and moving several times trying to find the cheapest accommodation possible. Errrr no thanks.0 -

I suspect that if you live your life in and out of different HMOs then you have few possessions to your name apart from a couple of cardboard boxes of ragged jazz magazines (you're also most likely to not have a partner either). It's not a good look for the ladies being a 40 year old renter.:eek:0
