I emailed RHE last year to ask a question about their weird meter reader guy who wanted to read the gas meter aswell the the electric when I only had electric with RHE. It took them over a week to reply.
Typical council though as when I emailed my local council about my council tax it took them over a week to reply too.0 -
I filled in the forms online with Ebico and received confirmation. They will (they say) when "the processing of your application begins".
I rang them again to make them aware that I wish to receive all my bills in paper form and they said this was fine. I did this as the initial email from Ebico stated that as I had signed up online, all my bills would be sent to me electronically.
So....let's wait and see.0 -
They still bill my parents so they must do0
