Why do phone & tablet connect to wifi, 3 x computers don't?

Forgot to say, ive done several spped checks on my phone and ipad and ping results are very low, phone the last ten tests were between 13 and 38? On my laptop in the same room as router im lucky to get under 400?

Quick update everyone, had BT engineer out to check the line for noise, he said he didn't find anything (even though it was very crackly with 3 different phones right up to the moment he arrived, he fiddled with it for a while then showed me a test saying nothing wrong with it - I still think he adjusted something or fixed it??)


Still only getting 1Mbps after this. Called PlusNet back and they un-banded it, and now a healthy 12Mbps so far

Were those 3 different phones tried in the test socket?

If not and the phones were plugged into a filter, did you try different filters?
