Good Morning

My young son has saved all his money and brought a go pro 5, however we have done everything that it says to do to start it like updates s d card fully charging etc. It has a 32gig sd card that my son brought (sandisk) but it just keeps beeping then turning off? Please can anyone give advice my son has worked really hard to get this he is only 14 and is quite upset about it.

are you sure the battery is charged? does it still turn off when charging? Can you try another sdcard? did sdcard format ok?

Certainly if I put the incorrect SD card spec in my gopro it is unuseable. Suggest checking the SD card compatibility list on the gopro website.0
