Power of Attorney - Family Abroad

My family and I are about to start the process of sorting power of attorney and also wills for my brother and I (parents are already sorted on that front).
My brother's details will be added to most of these documents but as he currently lives abroad I'm wondering what address to put on. Obviously he has his address abroad but he only rents so if he were to move I would imagine that these would be the kind of things we'd forget to change. He owns a house in this country in his name (where I currently live) so could we put this UK address instead?
Many thanks.

Use the address of the UK house he owns. Make sure the POAs are several not joint. My family and I are about to start the process of sorting power of attorney and also wills for my brother and I (parents are already sorted on that front).
