Thanks Umkomaas - have PM'd OP now.
If worst comes to worst, I will still reference the case, with the info available.0 -
Hi Coupon-mad and other smart people, As the keeper I've got a ticket from the exact same car park from ECP using ANPR. You guys said ECP does not do court, does that mean I can just ignore their letters? If they're not going to take it to court that means they're powerless right? Then what's the need to appeal? I also read that you've ignored them yourself with little consequence. Before anybody directs me to the appeal info page I've read up on it, I'm jsut wondering if it's worth all that effort considering its ECP? Many thanks.0

Asmartguy, if you want help with your parking problem, you would be wise to start your own thread.
It can only lead to confusion trying to deal with two, or more, people's issues in the one thread.
But briefly, while ECP currently do not appear to rush to court, it would be a bold person who said they won't do that at anytime in the next six years. Killing it sooner might be a better bet.0 -
Thank you Keith, I only posted in this thread becasue it was in this thread that the topic of ECP not going to court was mentioned. Thanks for your advice. Would you advise I just proceed with the blue template and start an appeal then? It's worth mentioning that the driver was guilty of parking on the private land, it was empty quite late in the evening they weren't aware of the ANPR cameras.0
