So again, why were you denied boarding at the time and what lies were told in court?

I wonder if the comment re false evidence may have been related to the airline possibly being fined if accepting the passenger without the correct documentation (which is true)
U Visa not required since 29th January 2015 but was required before then
Always the passengers responsibility to have the correct documentation for flight. Either you have the correct documentation or you don't and if you don't then you can't travel
