PPI - Cheshire Building Society

I am currently using a company to pursue some PPI claims, however they have advised me that they are unable to pursue a claim I may have with the Cheshire Building Society as they do not deal with them. The Cheshire have now been taken over by Nationwide.
Please could someone advise which company would be able help me with this instead?
Thanks

What are the reasons for your complaint?0 -
Sorry don't understand your question?0

Why are you making a PPI complaint?0

What are the reasons for your complaint?
In what way was the PPI missold to you? There is nothing wrong with PPI or MPPI, it's the way it was sold (in some cases) For example if you you were told you had to have it, when it was not required, that could be a mis-sale.Sorry don't understand your question?
However if it was a condition of the loan, then it would not be a mis-sale.
Note that you're not making a claim, you're making a complaint, alleging that someone did something wrong.
So what complaint reason(s) do you have?
BTW, you don't need to use a claims company, just phone or write directly to the lender. It's free and easy, apart from the cost of the call or stamp.0
