I suppose April 2020 is after lockdown and I haven't taken part in this survey for a while and so they go to the trouble of sending an email to read the message which they say is an important change.

Interesting, I hadn't realised that deliveries had reduced so much in some areas.

We have been lucky and are getting post every day bar a few exceptions

At the peak, mid April, we did not get a delivery every day - maybe 3 - 4 a week - for a couple of weeks but apart from that it has been pretty much daily.

Have been posting items since February and am also in my second week now of Correctly Delivered items. I only have 1 local postbox I use for all my items and every single time I post something, I have to confirm the latest posting times displayed, which are always NOT as they suggest, so I take a pic every single time of info displayed on postbox but I guess no one actually looks at it?  . And have had 2 or 3 queries now of items I posted being reported delivered before the date I reported them posted! I am super careful using the app and making sure I get the date & time correct, so am sure it must be the other parties inputting details wrong?  .

Oh well, I guess free stamps are not to be sniffed at. What did you all do with items NOT posted during lockdown? Are they safe to be reused for personal stuff now? And does anyone actually read the fortnightly Post Script ‘newsletter’?

I had a query recently asking why I had posted an item outside of my postcode area. As I understand it, the post code area is denoted by the first letters, so for me, my post code area would be BT (and not BT1 for instance). Given I haven’t been out of Northern Ireland since before lockdown, this would have been an impossibility and I’ve no idea why they think I posted something elsewhere. But it shows that the systems aren’t very good and perhaps it’s then no surprise as to how something can be delivered before it is posted.

Careful of such assumptions - I've been asked to confirm a receipt date because I received it before it was posted - but I don't have a working crystal ball and I reported it on the day it was received.

Just looked up some of my old PDF survey guides and found an October 2018 version

Special Delivery and Tracked items are no longer recorded - look out for the words ‘Special Delivery’ or the ‘sd’ or ‘t’ characters

So actually the new thing on the list is simply the Roya Mail 24/48 items.

Should be okay - I occasionally forget to enter Saturday until Monday myself and they have never said anything

What do most people do with the stamps I rarely send letters so have quite a few.
If selling where would be best and at what price is reasonable.
