Or in the help section it does say if you re not able to post that day or the following week you can do it at your convenience , the next working day for example , as long as you enter the details of day and time on the website.

Hi all, I am new to the survey and just wanted to clarify something - if you miss/can't post on the day you are supposed to, do you wait until the same day next week and mail it then as normal?
    Thank you!
It's all in their FAQ and guidance - have you read that?
I have searched the website and app for the last 30 minutes and can't find the answer? I've downloaded like 8 different PDFs, clicked through things, but I can't find an answer to my basic question.
For future reference have a look at the PDF on the app entitled Private Panel Guide - guide for private panellists.
All the basics are in there and it's the main thing you'll  need to refer to till you get to grips with it.

When you're new to the panel there is so much information that it's difficult to know where to start.  I've been at it for years, and occasionally become confused.  It's always helpful if we can help each other out.

    I am the same!
Opted for no trips to the PO for the moment so it is very quiet!
Hope it does not go too manic when I am back on it fully.

That is OK if they send you £2 each for sending them. But when they make you go to the PO with a stamped cube then I think that is out of order.

Just had a small box delivered from Specsavers. So disappointed. I thought I had won something.

It's not "out of order".  If you post a stamped cube (and when you post a cube with APL) you get £2 for doing so.  If you have to buy the APL there will be some additional pence, depending on the value of the postage.  Just because a cube already has the postage affixed doesn't mean they don't give you £2 for your trouble.
