Or in the help section it does say if you re not able to post that day or the following week you can do it at your convenience , the next working day for example , as long as you enter the details of day and time on the website.1

When you're new to the panel there is so much information that it's difficult to know where to start. I've been at it for years, and occasionally become confused. It's always helpful if we can help each other out.3

I don't know if I can manage the hectic pace of the survey at the moment. 2 letters posted this week then 1 for Friday 17th and 1 for Friday 24th !

Opted for no trips to the PO for the moment so it is very quiet!

That is OK if they send you £2 each for sending them. But when they make you go to the PO with a stamped cube then I think that is out of order.GONE ENGLAND0

It's not "out of order". If you post a stamped cube (and when you post a cube with APL) you get £2 for doing so. If you have to buy the APL there will be some additional pence, depending on the value of the postage. Just because a cube already has the postage affixed doesn't mean they don't give you £2 for your trouble.
