When I selected "other" for the value of postage the system did ask me had I selected the correct option.0 -

A Jiffy will be at least a large letter. I have had a few where the insert is not packed very well and only makes it a large letter rather than a small parcel.How thick/fat was this jiffy?
Looks like the company doing it are charging TNS for a small parcel whilst only spending a normal letter ....... naughty.Never associate with idiots on their own level, because, being an intelligent man, you'll try to deal with them on their level - and on their level they'll beat you every time.
