Has anyone received their L2S vouchers for completing the Unaddressed Surveys, starting on 04th February 2019 to 24th February 2019?

    Thank you

I did that one and have not had mine either

I finished less than two months ago on the main survey and got an invitation to come back again today - really not happy but, yeah, running out of first class stamps (I give most away to family and friends) so had to reluctantly say yes. If there are even more parcels than last time though (worst yet) then I will get my head around buying my own stamps and tell TNS to do one :D

Yes I found with my latest time on the main survey they certainly are keeping me busy with test Cubes. Anyway the goods new is they are standing me down in April for 6 months. I have been on the present one for about 9 months so looking forward to the break.

For years they've been calling the square discs SMARTS. Now they've suddenly started calling them RDIF's or something similar.
They're not square and they're not discs! :D

RFID means Radio Frequency Identification, It's how the equipment recognises the chip in the "SMART". I'd guess SMART was a trade name or RM term for the rectangular tracking device which contains a RFID chip and they are possibly introducing a new type which isn't a SMART but does still use RFID technology.
I need to think of something new here...

Smart is a panel term. Always been RFIDs in RM terms

How long after the last posting pack been received should the presentation stamps be received?

They used to come in the final posting pack but recently both I and many others have had to actually message TNS to chase them up - if you haven't had them then I'd drop them a message.

Got my next invite to rejoin the survey again. I have declined for now as I need to take a break (life etc) though within days I then get the same invite reissued. Having declined twice in the space of a few days I'm now ignoring the third repeat invite.
Never taken a break before. Do they just not take no as an answer or is this just feeding into that general sense that I'm now dealing with a slighty flakey automated system rather than people?
