Howdy ! I've recently moved into a flat ( not rented ) . The building is an old house built around 1900, and converted into 4 flats . 3 flats in my section and one around the other side. Alternatively, keep an old woman who will apparently eat the lot, although you may have to clean up a bit when she gets to the horse!
