I cannot see what rules are broken by quoting their fee structure. .
As I said, I give CSE the benefit of the doubt and have not reported the post, but it may be seen as an attempt t=to attract PMs asking them to act in a conveyance.0 -

As a general rule of thumb you'll be looking at legal fees (+ vat) then on top of this you'll have your search costs - as standard (local, water and environmental) then you will have other disbursements like land charges and land registry search fees + A telegraphic transfer bank fee. Then there will be the land registry fee to register you as the new owner. You might notice a difference here as online land registration applications attract a reduced fee but this is not always possible.
Then there's your stamp duty of course!
There will then be extras which will differ from firm to firm. So you might get charged for an ID check, expedition fee if you want a short time between exchange and completion, a fee for them to do the stamp duty form. Difficult to comment here as without seeing the quote (how it's broken down) i.e some firms will charge one fee plus your disbursements and some firms will advertise a lower fee but then there will be lots of extras which bumps up the costs.
If you are buying a leasehold property then this will increase your legal costs as there is more work involved in a leasehold matter.0
