I posted this on the beat my quote thread trying to find it cheaper but with no response.

I now have a problem that the orignal agent that quoted me (by phone from teletext) isn't answering... can anyone find this holiday for me... PLEASE!!

Mitsis Rodos Maris Hotel, Rhodes, Dodecanese, Greece


The Quote itself: it was <£600 with flight and accomodation (AI!!!)
Who the quote is from: was from a travel agent
Is there a booking fee: No (cost includes taxes, no inflight meals)
The Tour Operator/Airline/Hotel: not sure
The departure Airport/Post: Birmingham (BHX)
The Holiday Dates: 10th Oct - 17th Oct
The number of people travelling (inc kids ages): 2 adults
The Hotel (or * if it’s allocate on arrival): Mitsis Rodos Maris
The Board (self catering/half board etc): AI
Any specific requirements: no
Is an in-flight meal included: no

All I can now find is hotel for £280-290 from various sources (lastminute.com, travelrepublic) and very few flights cheapest being about £400 (airtours) ie £700 total...

All these prices are for 2 adults,

Best I have found so far is through sunsave.com - £628 all in... but flights aren't the best times... (and with libra air!!)

Had a good look around, it seems all flights from Birmingham to Rhodes on the 10th are evening flights, theres a MyTravel flight at 19:25 and a Thomas Cook at 20:45.

Best I can find is the following:

Flights through http://www.a1travel.com

MyTravel Airways Departs BHX 19:25

2 Adults no meals total £248


Accomodation through http://www.travelrepublic.co.uk

2 Adults twin, All inclusive £276.48
(using a promotion code, can be found on hotukdeals.com or by google, or pm me)

TOTAL PRICE = £276.48 + £248 = £525

Bare in mind you still need to get from Rhodes airport to the hotel.


If you want to book it all through one site, cheapest I found is on the beach (http://www.otbeach.com), which will put it all together for £565, exactly the same flights etc. Again will need to get to the hotel from Rhodes airport.
