Can anyone with a savings account with Yorkshire Building Society advise the timescale for an online withdrawal - does it go by faster payment and arrive pretty much instantaneously in the destination account or is it one of those that doesn't arrive until the end of the next working day etc?
Thanks

The payment will go via FPS and that means that it has until the end of the following working day to arrive. See General Terms & Conditons.0

Yep seen that but just wondering in practice, as it is by FPS, does it turn up pretty much straight away even though it has until the end of the next working day....e.g. If I tried to withdraw at 4.30pm today would it likely turn up a few mins later?0 -
From past experience they always arrive the next working day, even if requested early morning. HTH0
