Return to very.co.uk - no refund after more than 3 weeks

I bought a dishwasher from very hat wasn't suitable and arranged a return. This was now over three weeks ago and no refund. Each time I call I get a different answer - apparently they will Joe refund but I have to call back with the return information (currently on holiday).

Really, you're worrying about this whilst on holiday!
I'd suggest giving them a call with all the details you need when you get back and enjoy the rest of your break.0
