Disney store Bad service

Not at all happy and quite surprised at a company like Disney to give such bad service.
I ordered a personalised glass online,order was confirmed.
Four days later get a cancellation email.
Rang them up,at first they said it was out of stock. I pointed out it is still showing in stock on the website(and still is).
I asked which ones were in stock, they went away and came saying they needed to find out why the order was cancelled and would ring me back.
So it would seem to me that the item is in stock?
It has now been 6 days and not heard from them.
Then I receive an email asking me to review my purchase!
I leave a review saying I would like to be able to review this glass but as my order was cancelled I am not able to do so.
I then get an email to say my review has been rejected but I can leave another one if it is about the item itself.
Incredible for a name like Disney.
