Looking for confirmation that in Scotland parking Eye cannot invoice you for a parking charge,
The notice provides 2 pictures of a car similar to mine, with the registration of my car "cut and pasted" in a box below the picture (the registration plate is also visable in the picture of the car)
There is no picture of who was driving this car. On the rear of the notice it states that the registered keeper details have been provided by the DVLA as this vehicle was parked in breach of the Terms and conditions of a private car park

If you live in scotland its your lucky day, you can just ignore the scamming f$÷*witsPPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue. :eek:0
