Which westminster MP should I complain to?

In another thread somewhere, I was discussing a CCJ I'd had registered by default from SIP Parking when the paperwork was sent to my old address. Someone told me to write ti my local MP and another MP, someone who was maybe dealing with this issue at the time. Does anyone know who?

Only your current MP as defined by your postcode can deal with it. Parliamentary rules.
