Good afternoon
I am wishing to book a holiday to Cayo coco, Cuba and I have a couple of questions.
I am thinking of booking early next may. would this be classed as out of season please.
Could anyone tell me what the weather will be like in may as I have tried google and it suggests the start of rainy season

It is the start of the rainy season, but only the start. I would suggest you have a wander over to TripAdvisor Cuba forum, and put a search into the search box for weather in May. It will give you plenty of reading matter to help you.
