I'm sorry for creating a new thread but i'm unsure as to what to do.
I have read the whole newbie thread and i don't know whether to ignore or respond. My partner received a Notice to Keeper from Parking Collection Services OL6 0DL (site is managed by JD Parking Consultants Ltd). As instructed i checked to see if the were BPA (says they are on letters) or IPC registered and i cannot find either name on the list. Therefore, i ignored the letter although they got the registered keepers details from the DVLA.
Another letter came this time its now a 'Notice of Liability' letter because obviously the original letter was ignored. Its currently on day 10 out of the 14 days they said a payment was needed to prevent further action.
As the keeper of the vehicle wasn't driving at the time they are now becoming panicked about debt recovery / court action although i have said that they aren't registered with the BPA or IPC so they can't do anything.
Has anyone come across these before? Should i have sent the template back? I'm very confused as to what to do hence my post.
Sorry in advance if i'm not suppose to post on here.
Their website is parkingcsl co uk if that helps???
Thanks

I have just tried to send the template via uploading it as a letter document made sure i filled out keeper only details however once you hit submit nothing happens so either its sent with no confirmation or you cannot appeal using the online. Crafty *****0

JD PARKING SERVICES comes under J as in JD on the BPA AOS website
and PCS comes under D as in DRP on the BPA AOS website
so its another trading name for DRP as they do the back office work for some PPC,s
the letters should indicate how an appeal is to be made0
