Outbuilding flat roof needs repairing or replacing!?

In the very near future im going to be converting my outbuilding into a livable utility room, but before i can convert it (any advice or tips welcome) i need to fix my very leaky flat roof. (ive got more buckets catchin water than B&Q)
It is currently a concrete roof that seems to slat to together if u get me, with very worn and in some places missing felt. My first question is how much would having my roof re-felted cost? secondly is there another option that would make for a longer lasting roof?
Any advice for the conversion welcome, including any prices. the building in total is approx 10 sq mtr and is joined in an 'L' shape to my neighbours outbuilding. Once the roof is sorted would i need to dry out the building before any other work commences.

I would guess that refelting would cost 500-800 we recently had an old flat roof redone bit bigger than yours for 800.0

Thanks for your reply, that seems like an aweful lot of money for such a small job, is it an easy enough job to do yourself?0

We had a Large flat roof bay window and a small porch done this year price included new bargeboard, EPDM rubber roofing, drainpipe for both and it costs £8400

Assuming the roof does not need to be insulated then you can get DIY kits on the internet to fit a one piece rubber covering by battening around the sides. Very easy, very cheap and leak proof. Search on EPDM flat roof or similar.0

well i dont think it wud be possible to insulate the roof. its just pure concrete, so not sure how it wud be possible to do it. ive seen a paint u can use that stops leaks, seen as its winter n im sick of the leaks, does it actually work? if so i may try it in the short term then try my luck doin it myself. worth the risk i think.0

EPDM is just glued to the surface with a roller or brush and glue easy to do by the looks of it. I think you can buy it and do it yourself0
