hi im a newbie starting a thread as ive just realised that i have been found guilty by default in court by vehicle control services over a parking notice.!! so whayt do i do now? Get my ccj overturned and pay £255 or is it overturned anyway if i pay the parking notice? dont see why i should though as there was no visible signage saying i couldnt park? help? thanks

Did you not know about the court claim ???
You have a CCJ which will impact on your credit.
You need to pay the £255 to get this overturned0 -
