    Crossed again.

No, no-one at home besides the dog, intermittently.

I would have thought that a recorded delivery letter, when I send them a SAR, stating that I'm out of the country on certain dates, would be foolproof, though might rekindle their interest.

Is 14 days a standard limit on replying to court papers?
Respond within 14 days of issue provides a further 14 days (33 in total from the date of issue shown in the papers) for the development of a defence.
In my previous post I was musing on the possibility that their business model depended, in part, on court orders not being correctly replied to. And that may not be reflected in the 1 in approx. 14,000 court case incidents for that company.
Any court papers issued and not replied to are well on their way to a default judgment, subject to the PPC applying to the court immediately after the judgment, which most seem to automatically do. Each of these would show in the 'number of court cases'.

Given that 'number of court cases' reflects all court cases, not just parking charges, there's a good chance the one showing might have nothing to do with parking - maybe a supplier dispute?
    though might rekindle their interest.
    That's the danger you risk.

But do look very carefully at Johnersh's advice. Johnersh is a qualified lawyer.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
