Refund to debit card

I recently rejected a second hand car as it was faulty. The dealer reluctantly accepted the rejection and processed the refund using the same payment methods.
There were two refunds to my debit card, the first for £200 which was the deposit and the second £3000 as part of the balance, the £200 appeared back in my account last Friday but the £3000 has not yet appeared.
My question is whether it is usual for a larger sum to take longer to be refunded or should I be worried?
Thanks

It may well be that the bank is putting it through clearing - usually they say refunds can take 5-7 business days from the day it was initiated. After a couple of days contact your bank to make sure then get back in touch with the dealer.0

Do you have evidence (by way of the card machine receipt) that he processed the 2nd refund)? No free lunch, and no free laptop0
