Doorsteps - Anyone used them?

Looking into estate agents, and just down to the utterly low price, I was thinking of giving doorsteps (dot) co.uk a try.
Now I know I wont get the same level of service as if I used a local agent, but heck, for the price (£99 - £199) I was thinking of giving them a try in the first instance as no real urgency.
Anyone used them. What are other peoples experiences, good or bad for online estate agents?

We're using them. House is currently SSTC and all seems to be going ok. We paid £199 but I can't remember now what that included over and above the £99. We had plenty of viewings, all generated by Rightmove and three offers on the table. I asked the viewers what their experience was like when ringing to enquire about a viewing, and all said straightforward, no issues.
Our house is an affordable, good size 3 bed semi, just on the periphery of a very popular and expensive area, so we knew we would would attract buyers priced out of the market there.
The sale obviously hasn't completed yet, but things have been fine so far. Only criticisms are that the 'agent' who came to value the property and take photo's wasn't an expert in any way and knew nothing about the local area. She had looked at house price data for the area and her valuation was way off the mark in our opinion, she had come up with the figure before seeing the property. She advised us to market £10k less than we actually did but we stuck to our guns and went with what we thought was right, the offer we accepted was £7k more than she suggested as marketing price.
The other criticism was with the account manager dealing with us at first was a bit useless, no advice or opinion on offers received and it didn't feel like she was working for us, we then got another account manager (not because we asked or complained, it just happened), who was better, but still only really doing the basics.
Essentially I'm happy with what I got, I paid for a listing on Rightmove and a for sale board outside, and having sold our last house privately, I would have happily sold without an agent again if I could have listed on Rightmove myself.
It's a basic service for a basic price.

For £199, expectations can't have been terrifically high!

My neighbour has been very happy with housenetwork. Also read many good reviews for eMoov. Wouldn't have used any others, but do wish I'd gone with one of these two.
